Community Impact
It's our passion that every man, woman and child in our community have the opportunity to see, hear and experience the Good News of Jesus. We do this by equipping people to love their neighbors well and by mobilizing volunteers to serve with local non-profits who are addressing issues in our community.

Epworth Foster Care Initiative
Epworth supports current foster families and helps new families become mobilized to alleviate the foster crisis in our area.
Good Works
Good Works is on the front lines of combating substandard housing in rural areas from Lake Murray to Newberry. We regularly assist with housing renovations for low-income families and the elderly throughout the year.
Pastors Henry and Elena Alfaro
The Alfaros are pastors of Centro Cristiano Reina, a Spanish-speaking church in North Central Columbia. East Lake is assisting with a remodel of their facility. In turn, they are helping us understand how to reach out to native Spanish speakers in our community.
Refugee Resettlement
East Lake works with multiple agencies and apartment management companies to provide services of support to empower refugees transitioning to life in the U.S.
Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands
Our state is consistently one of the most dangerous states in the country for women and children. Our partnership with STSM is focused on the prevention of future violence through community based educational services.
Global Impact
God has called us to join His mission to transform people and communities around the world with his great compassion and Good News. At East Lake, we impact our world through Go Teams. Go Teams work through local partnerships to extend and accentuate their ongoing ministry to the most marginalized people in their communities.
Global Servants
At East Lake, we impact our world through supporting Global Servants who are committed to the mission of the Good News of Jesus. Global Servants are East Lakers who God has called to serve long term in a ministry or business that holistically impacts their community with the love and message of Christ.
